It is also relevant to those who have no direct responsibility for others, but simply want to develop confidence and expertise in managing themselves, relationships, and workplace dynamics.
Leadership for Women is an intensive and dynamic programme designed to help participants become more effective leaders through integrating up-to-date principles, skills and tools with deep personal development work.

A new Health and Safety at Work Act will replace the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. The Government’s intention is that the Bill will be passed in 2014, with the new Act coming into force from 1 April 2015.
